Eligibility
•    Customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
•    Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
How to Request
•    Contact our customer support via WhatsApp within 7 days.
•    Provide your order number and details of the item(s) for return/exchange.
Refunds
•    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
•    COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as agreed.
Exchanges
•    Customers can exchange items for a different size or design, subject to availability.
•    Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
•    Customized items, final sale products, and items damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective / Wrong Items
•    In case of defects, damages, or wrong items, contact us immediately.
•    We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping for Returns
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
•    We recommend using a trackable courier for all returns.
